Safi Sana Events provides regular consultancy, support and senior event resources to FremantleMedia ranging from stand builds to client launches and press promotions. Each event is delivered to a very high standard and always with a smile!

Since the conception of Indielab in 2016 Safi Sana Events have proved a valuable resource as the Accelerator Growth Programme for Independent Producers has continued to evolve and develop.  On a regular basis they have assisted with the overall event management, secured sponsorship, introduced key contacts and produced our International Distribution Day, all with a professional and friendly style. 

Safi Sana Events worked closely with our team in Lille on Art Up! a leading contemporary art fair in France, attracting and organising galleries attending from the UK.  Even in stressful situations they remained calm and professional whilst keeping their sense of humour, a real delight!

As Content London has grown into one of the most stimulating events in the content TV industry we have been a valuable support for C21 from sourcing the ideal venue, producing the International Drama Awards, managing onsite Premiere Screenings and helping to launch new projects such as the International Script Competition.

Organising an event demands a very special level of personal care, professionalism and expertise in order to deliver on brief, on time and on budget. Safi Sana Events have that rare gift and level of commitment that delivers complete satisfaction for memorable events that have that magic touch and that are delivered on spec.

Working with the International and UK divisions we reviewed the annual events calendar for A+E Networks and created an in-house team of Events specialists.  During the two year consultancy period we developed A+E's relationships with the key international TV trade fairs, sourced a prime new stand space for Miptv and Mipcom and took their promotional events to the next level.

We created the What's Hot at Miptv campaign to promote our services to potential clients. With an extensive knowledge of Cannes and Miptv Safi Sana Events managed the project which caused a real buzz on site and very positive feedback, an overall success.

Expanding into a new space and a new stand at Mipcom as we started up the Distribution arm of Hasbro Studios was a logistical and branding challenge that Safi Sana Events achieved professionally and smoothly. Their knowledge and experience of Cannes, the Palais and what was needed were invaluable for our first exhibition space.

Safi Sana Events joined the team three weeks prior to the Festival to manage the Registration on site in Edinburgh. Entering a highly stressed environment they maintained calmness and professionalism in spite of the intensity with which they were confronted. A huge thank you for all their hard work, patience and good humour!

We will never forget our experience during the London Olympics of 2012. We brought home many wonderful memories from our visit to London and thank Sally Steggall of Safi Sana Events for providing us with most of them. We would also like to thank Sally personally for her time, patience and outstanding organisation.

Safi Sana Events organised a very successful bespoke corporate hospitality trip to London for one of our main sponsors, Autoscout, and played a key role in the talent management of a major panellist and award winner at the Festival, resourceful and cheerful throughout.
